Every chandelier can ship with E14/E12 warm-white LED candles (2700K standard) and be TRIAC- or 0-10V-dimmable. Smart-home protocols (DALI, Casambi, Lutron) are available for larger commissions.

Yes — dimensions, number of tiers, arm count, crystal shape, metal finish, canopy design and even the pattern of the crystal drape are all adjustable. Nothing in our catalogue is fixed.

No minimum for private clients — a single bespoke piece is welcome. For trade partners we offer tiered pricing from 3+ units.

We can recreate or improve almost any silhouette from a photograph. Out of respect for other ateliers, we sign your piece with your project name — never theirs.

Standard commissions: 25–35 working days. Larger ballroom pieces (Ø 1.5m+): 45–60 days. Rush production is possible for urgent hotel openings — please tell us the target date.

Yes. Every commission is documented with a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract listing specifications, timeline, Incoterms, packaging and warranty. This protects both sides.

Always. Once assembled and lit in our showroom, we send high-resolution photos and a short video. A live video walk-through with Angle is available on request.

International bank wire transfer (T/T) is our standard method — it is the safest for high-value custom orders and clears customs cleanly. We can also accept Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above USD 50,000.

USD is standard. EUR, GBP and HKD are available on request. Bank charges from the sending side are covered by the client; charges on our side are covered by us.

50% deposit against Proforma Invoice to start production, 50% balance against photos of the finished chandelier before shipment. For repeat trade clients we offer 30/70 terms.

Full bank beneficiary details — SWIFT, IBAN/Account, bank name and address — are printed on your Proforma Invoice. Please never rely on details received by unverified email; confirm any change of account by phone or WeChat with Angle directly.

Yes. A commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin are prepared for every shipment. VAT-registered European clients receive a compliant export invoice at 0% VAT.

Yes — by DHL / FedEx express for smaller pieces, and by sea or air freight (door-to-door DDP available) for larger commissions. We have shipped to 40+ countries with a 99% intact-arrival record.

Each crystal strand is individually bagged, tagged and cushioned in EPE foam. Frames travel in custom-built plywood crates lined with anti-shock foam. Crates are ISPM-15 certified for all destinations.

Every order ships at least 3–4 weeks after order confirmation. Expedited air arrives in 3–4 weeks, while complimentary sea freight typically takes 6–8 weeks depending on the destination port. Transit times are confirmed on your Proforma Invoice before production begins.

Under EXW / FOB terms the client's forwarder clears customs. Under DDP terms we handle everything door-to-door including duties, taxes and last-mile delivery — quoted transparently up front.

Bespoke commissions are made to order and are not returnable for change of mind — this is standard for the luxury lighting industry. If you need to discuss a refund before production begins, contact our team or founder Angle within 48 hours of deposit. What we do guarantee is that the piece matches the approved sketch, finish and dimensions exactly.

Photograph the outer crate before opening, then the damage, and send it to us within 72 hours of delivery. We ship replacement crystals or parts free of charge by express — most claims are resolved within a week.

3 years on electrical components, 10 years on metal plating (non-tarnish), lifetime on the frame structure. Warranty covers manufacturing defects — not damage from improper cleaning or unauthorized modifications.

Every chandelier ships with a numbered assembly diagram, a stringing map for each crystal chain, and a QR code that opens a step-by-step video. For pieces above Ø 1.2m we offer a paid on-site installation service in select cities.

Dust monthly with a soft microfibre glove. For a deeper clean, wipe crystals with a 1:1 mix of distilled water and isopropyl alcohol — never spray directly onto the frame. Full care instructions ship inside the crate.
